Information we hold

We hold the details submitted during account creation, profile content, media, membership records and payment transaction IDs needed for administration and verification.

Public vs private

Only approved public-profile information is displayed in the directory. Login credentials, payment transaction IDs and admin notes are not public.

Use and retention

Information is used to operate the directory, manage memberships, prevent misuse and respond to legal or safety requirements. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.
